1. Yes they should because bullying is ridiculous and its there faults the person killed there selves.

2. A misdemeanor is a criminal offense that is less serious than a felony. A felony is more serious.

3.There really isn't anything we can do to stop it. People have seen what it causes and still thinks its okay to do.
